Quick & Tasty Potato Soup
3 cans (10 oz. ea.) FF chicken broth
1 pkg. McCormick's Low Fat Country Gravy Mix
1 pkg Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien
Mix together & heat through.

Enchilada Chicken Soup

1 can (11 0z) condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2-2/3 cups milk
1 can (10 oz) chunk white chicken, drained
1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce (I use the red sauce)
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
sour cream, optional
In a large saucepan, combine the soups, milk, chicken, enchilada sauce, & chilies; mix well. Cook until heated through. Garnish with sour cream, if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips & salsa.
i tried this a while back when you posted it. i like hot stuff - but this burned the roof of my mouth hahahah

ReplyDeleteDes - you might try using a just the Campbell's cheese soup (not the fiesta). That would tame the heat A LOT :)
